How do the ingredients work? - D-mannose has been of much interest to the European professional community for a long time. According to recent guidelines and recommendations, this is an effective remedy for urinary tract infections. D-mannose stops pathogenic bacteria (and specifically E. coli responsible for causing most of UTIs) from sticking to the bladder and urethra walls.1 - Cranberry has similar properties. In addition, it has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as improves the nutrition of the mucous membrane of the bladder and urethra.1 - Bearberry contains arbutin, a natural antiseptic that is hydrolyzed to hydroquinone and glucose in the body.
