The company believes that the launch of its own mobile application will be a significant service advantage, as a considerable number of purchases are now made through mobile apps which is a choice made by more than 60% of users. "The audience of our own e-commerce services reaches 5 million users monthly. According to our estimates, the mobile application will provide quick direct communication with the customer and increase conversion through a convenient purchasing method," emphasized Natalia Prokopyeva, Evalar's Chairperson of the Board of Directors.

Developers note that one of the key tasks in developing the FITOMARKET App was simplifying user logistics in key categories. For example, an optimized segmentation of vitamins and minerals was developed, reducing search time and allowing quick product selection. Another unique advantage of the App is that it serves both as a trading platform and a content platform simultaneously. "Here, our customers make purchases quickly and also learn about the latest trends in a special phyto-blog supported by the company's nutritionists in collaboration with the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition at RUDN University," Natalia Prokopyeva pointed out.

According to analysts, the food supplement market shows the following dynamics: by the end of the first 9 months of 2023, marketplace sales in the diet supplements category increased by 194%, online pharmacy channels increased by 50%, while traditional offline pharmacy channels showed stagnation.
Consequently, the overall dynamics of the diet supplements market will be significantly influenced by the growth rates in the e-commerce segment.
